Our Process

Here’s our step-by-step process. Not all auction companies are transparent like us.

Step 1

Please tell us about your dream car/truck. It will help us understand your preferences better.

Step 2

We will contact you to talk about the specifics.

Step 3

Request a translation of the auction page & get advice from our support team.

Step 4

When you’re ready, we will send you the photos and a video of car interior & exterior for confirmation. we will bid for you to secure the vehicle within your budget.

Step 5

Once the auction is over we arrange transportation, documentation & shipping to your destination.

When translated properly, the auction sheet can provide more insight into the quality and condition of your vehicle than a physical inspection can.  However, there are times when an inspection is required. This is possible through a physical inspection.

All additional costs like port fees, auction costs and transport to the port are all disclosed at the beginning of the process before you have outlaid any expenses.
